Red Kite Transfers provides private hire, airport transfer, school transport, courier, and chauffeur services across Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, Chiltern, and surrounding areas.
Bookings
- All bookings should be made in advance whenever possible.
- Booking confirmations are subject to vehicle availability.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate journey details, including pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact information.
Payments
- Prices quoted at the time of booking are fixed unless journey details change.
- Payments may be made by cash, bank transfer, or any other payment method agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, parking fees, or changes to the agreed route.
Airport Transfers
- We monitor flight arrival times to accommodate delays where possible.
- Customers must provide accurate flight details at the time of booking.
- Waiting charges may apply for excessive delays outside standard waiting periods.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made with reasonable notice may not incur charges.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged partially or in full depending on the circumstances.
Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles.
- Any damage caused to vehicles by passengers may result in cleaning or repair charges.
- Seat belts must be worn at all times as required by UK law.
Child Seats
- Child seats are available upon request and subject to availability.
- Customers should request child seats at the time of booking.
- Parents or guardians remain responsible for ensuring the suitability of child seats for their children.
School Transport
- We aim to provide safe and reliable school transportation services.
- Escorts, where provided, are DBS checked.
- Parents/guardians must ensure children are ready at the agreed pickup time.
Delays and Liability
- While we aim to operate on time, Red Kite Transfers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not liable for missed flights, trains, meetings, or events due to unforeseen delays.
Luggage
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage quantities are suitable for the booked vehicle.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
Pets
- Pet-friendly travel is available upon request.
- Pets must be transported safely and appropriately.
Right to Refuse Service
Red Kite Transfers reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.
